here is the update from 2.0.3.8 to 2.0.4.1 u must update one by one

How To Use Update?
  1. Unrar the files
  2. Mount iso File as Virtual CD or Extract files of it
  3. Copy all files Under (l4d2_2038.4317_2041.4346) then Past it into left 4 dead 2 Root Folder
  4. Enjoy the game ...!
